Interview about tour and travel agent

We have interviewed Mr. Idrus, he is an employee of Sans tour and travel agent. Sans tour and travel agent located at st.margonda raya 416, Depok. We have obtained general information about Sans tour and travel agent.

Sans tour and travel agent started to operate three years ago. Every day sans tour and travel agent opened at 9 am and closed at 8 pm. Sans travel and tour agent serve airline ticket reservation, hotel reservation, travel document, tour package, train ticket and interational courir service. Sans tour and travel agent don't have branch. According to Mr. Idrus's opinion, Sans tour and travel agent crowded with customers during long holidays and the turn of the season. Customers order more airline tickets than any other service. Facility that customers get is quite good because Sans tour and travel agents certainly help making tickets.

Sans tour and travel agent give service like other tour and travel agent. When a customer cancels a booking reservation, Sans tour and travel agent will refund the money of the payment but it will be exposed to pieces, the amount of deduction depends on administration cost and system. Payments can be paid using cash or debit cards that make it easier for customers to make payments. The benefit if customers choosing tour and travel agent are customers will not be difficult to get a ticket because it has been taken care by tour and travel agent, also the most important is trusted, there will be no fraud different if the customer order it by ownself in internet.
